An autumn trip on a classic train, people!

Welcome to KidScamper

This is a space to share ideas about getting outside with kids. Our authors will post here with reports on parks, campgrounds, hikes, farms, gardens, and other great places to take kids to give them an experience with the natural world. We are starting with Minnesota, as the people who originated this blog are from there, but we plan to branch out to the rest of the Midwest and beyond, creating a repository of ideas, places, and tips for getting out there!

There are a number of categories: kid-friendly destinations, activity ideas, organization, food & recipes, and resources.
